Was in Colorado/New Mexico/Utah/Arizona in April and May 1996. When we decided to emigrate from the Netherlands in 1999/2000 the Four Corners was second on the list with a slight preference to Northern New Mexico. Have great memories and will always bear them with us. At the end we decided in favour of South Africa. Why? Well that’s a long story. BTW; During the same trip we were standing on a mountain near Los Alamos and figured out (with the mountains at the horizon) that the Netherlands was lying below our feet and we experienced space. At that moment the decision was made to move out of our densily populated native country sooner or later.
